A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING CERTAIN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AS
SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 75R-134, AS AMENDED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 85R-45, RELATING TO ZONING
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 74-75-26
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
adopted Resolution No. 75R-134 on March 18, 1975, in Zoning
Reclassification Proceedings No. 74-75-26, finding and determining
that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning
boundaries should be amended and that the boundaries of certain
zones should be changed, subject to certain conditions of approval
contained therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted
Resolution No. 85R-45 amending certain conditions of approval
set forth in Resolution No. 75R-134, and
as
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for
the further amendment of certain conditions of approved as set
forth in Resolution No. 75R-134, as heretofore amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore held a duly
noticed public hearing to consider said amendment of conditions
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive reports and evidence, and did consider the
same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require
that certain conditions of approval of said Resolution No. 75R-134
as amended by Resolution No. 85R-45 be further amended in the
manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the conditions of approval as set
forth in Resolution No. 75R-134, as heretofore amended by
Resolution No. 85R-45, relating to Zoning Reclassification
Proceedings No. 74-75-26 be, and the same are hereby, amended by
amending Condition No. 12 thereof to read as follows:
"12. That subject property shall be developed with
general offices substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim
marked Revision No. 5 of Exhibit No. 1, and Exhibit Nos.
3 and 4."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that new Conditions No.
and 18 be, and the same are hereby, added to Resolution No.
75R-134, as amended, to read as follows:

"17. That ten (1) foot radius curb returns shall be
constructed for the driveway on Sunkist Street and the
most easterly driveway on Lincoln Avenue."
"18. That prior to issuance of a building permit, the
City Traffic Engineer shall make a determination as to
whether the traffic signalization at the intersection of
Lincoln Avenue and Sunkist Street should be modified to
provide for signalized left turns in both streets. If
such modification is found to be appropriate, the
property owner/developer shall pay a proportional share
(twenty five percent [25%]) of the cost to complete such
modification prior to final building inspection.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as herein expressly
amended, Resolution No. 75R-134, as heretofore amended, shall
remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the
City Council an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3435, as amended,
to conform to the provisions of this resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of August, 1988.
