A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
88R-256 NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on June 28, 1988, adopt Resolution No. 88R-2S6 which set fees to
be charged by the Public Works Engineering Department; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
Inspection Fee was incorrectly listed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Paragraph 2.B of Resolution No. 88R-2S6
be, and the same is hereby, amended nunc pro tunc to read as
follows:
"B. Inspection Fee
$43.00/Hr."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 88R-256 shall remain in full force and effect.
