WHEREAS, the Human Resour(es Direclor has recommended
in a staff report dated ,July 19, 1988, that the classification
-f Admiaistrative Services Directnr be created at salary range
and be designated eligible to receive an automobile

WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to

sat ion for classifications designated as Executive Management;
