88-281 RESOLTUION NO. 88R-281
A RESOLUTON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88R-184
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on April 12, 1988, adopt Resolution No. 88R-154 granting Variance
No. 3?55; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical
incorrect legal description of the property was stated

WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 84R-154 granting Variance
No. 3755 be, and the same is hereby, amended nunc pro tunc by
amending the legal description of that certain property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, by
deleting Parcels 2 and 3, and it shall read as follows, to wit:
"LOTS 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17 IN BLOCK 4 OF
SUMMERFIELD AND OPPENHEIMER'S SUBDIVISION OF
THE SPOERL TRACT, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 19, PAGE 44 OF
MISCELLANEOUS RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
said Resolution No. 88R-154 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12thday of July, 1988.
