A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-512 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CONFIDENTIAL
JOB CLASSES.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated June 21, 1988 that a new classification of HRIS Technician be
created; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
87R-512 which established rates of compensation for confidential
classifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective June 24, 1988 through October 13, 1988 the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master as follows:
CLASSIFICATION

HRIS Technician
X 1464 A - E
That, effective October 14, 1988 through October 12, 1989, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master as follows:

HRIS Technician
X 1522 A - E
That, effective October 13, 1989 through October 11, 1990, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master as follows:

STEP RANGE
HRIS Technician
X 1583 A - E
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except for the extent amended,
Resolution No. 87R-512 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
