88-271RESOLUTION NO. 88R- 271 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM WHICH ESTABLISHES RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE CLERICAL EMPLOYEES UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION. WHEREAS, the need exists to create the classification of Police Communications Supervisor; and WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 21, 1988, that this new job classification be created; and WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has determined that this new classification be assigned to the Clerical Employees Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: 1. That, effective June 24, 1988 through October 13, 1988, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master: CLASSIFICATION SALARY SCHEDULE STEP RANGE Police Communications Supervisor U 1784 J - E 2. That, effective October 14, 1988 through October 12, 1989, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master: CLASSIFICATION SALARY SCHEDULE STEP RANGE Police Communications Supervisor U 1873 J - E 3. That, effective October 13, 1989 through October 11, 1990, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master: CLASSIFICATION SALARY SCHEDULE STEP RANGE Police Communications Supervisor U 1948 J - E BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding, dated December 9, 1987, between the City of Anaheim and the Clerical Employees Unit of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association apply to the foregoing classification.
