A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 88R-39
AND 88R-40, NUNC PRO TUNC.
~HEREAS, the City Council did on January 26, 1988, adopt
Resolutions 88R-59 and 88R-40 which Resolutions did approve
Reclassification No. 87-88-33 and Variance No. 3739 respectiYely;
and
WHEREAS, through inadvertance and clerical error, the
legal descriptions of certain parcels were not included in said
Resolutions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution Nos. 88R-39
and 88R-40, and each of them be, and they are hereby, amended by
adding thereto the following described parcels, to wit:
"The West 43.48 feet of Lot 19 of lract 743, as per map
recorded in Book 22, Page 10, of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPTING any portion thereof lying within the 72.00 feet
wide strip of land described iii the deed to the Orange
County Flood Control District, recorded June 30, 1959, in
Book 4780, Page 67 of Official Records.
Lot 20 of Tract 743, in the City of Anaheim, as per map
recorded in Book 22, Page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPTING the ~esterly 96.97 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING the Easterly 3.03 feet of the Westerly 90
feet of the Southerly 79 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING that portion thereof lying within the
72.00 feet wide strip of land described in the deed to
the Orange County Flood Control District, recorded
June 50, 1959, in Book 4780, Page 67, Official Records.
The Westerly 86.97 feet of Lot 20 of Tract 743, in the
City of Anaheim, as per map recorded in Book 22, Page 10,
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion that is included within
a strip of land 72.00 feet in width, lying 40.50 feet
Northerly and Northwesterly and 31.50 feet Southerly and
Southeasterly of the following described line.
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Ball Road
and the main track of the Pacific Electric Railway
Company, in the County of Orange, State of California, as
said intersection in shown in County Surveyor's transit
Book 107, Page 30 on file in the office of the County
Surveyor of said County on December 11, 1957, thence
North S3~ 39' 54" West along said centerline of the main
tract of the Pacific Electric Railway Company 1688.90
feet to the true point of beginning of the line to be
described, thence from said true point of beginning North
67~ 45; 35" East 946.75 feet to the beginning of a curve,
tangent, concave Southeasterly and having a radius of
3200.00 feet, thence Northeasterly along said curve
through a central angle of 12° 58' 25" an arc distance of
724.58 feet to a line tangent, thence North 8~ 44' 00"
East 93.80 feet along said tangent line to a point in the
centerline of Knott Avenue 'Formerly Hansen' as shown in
County Surveyor's transit Book 107, Page 19, on file in
the office of the County Surveyor of said County on
December 11, 1957, said point being distant thereon South
0~ 31' 00" East 1102.32 feet from the centerline of
Orange Avenue as shown in said transit Book 107, Page 19,
on December 11, 1957, and also being distant thereon
North ~ 31' 00" West 1560.92 feet from the centerline of
Ball road as shown irt said Transit Book 107, Page 19 on
December 11, 1957, as granted to the Orange County Flood
Comtrol District, in deed recorded February 1, 1960, in
Book 5079, Page 133 of Official Records.
The Easterly 3.03 feet of the Westerly 90 feet of the
Southerly 79 feet of Lot 20 of tract 743, in the city of
Anaheim, as per map recorded in Book 22, Page 10 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
The East 1/2 of Lot 21, Tract 743, in the City of
Anaheim, as per map recorded in Book 22, page 10,
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying Northwesterly of
the Southwesterly line of the land described in a deed to
Orange County Flood Control District, recorded May 5,
1960 in Book 5227, page 182 of Official Records.
