RESOLUTION NO. 88R-221
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SALE OF
CITY OF ANAHEIM 1988 TAX AND REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, California (the "City"), as
follows:
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution heretofore adopted by this Council, notice of
sale of the City's 1988 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (the "Notes") has been duly
given and bids for the purchase of the Notes have been received and publicly opened,
examined and declared and referred to this City Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:
Section 1. All written bids received for the purchase of the Notes excepting the
bid of F~.rst Zt~t:e~cst:ar.e ]~&n~. of Cal~.fo~n~,abe, and they are hereby, rejected, and that
the Notes be, and they are hereby, sold toF±~$t :[nt:ez:sl:a~:e ]Jane. of Ca]./.fo]:t~±a, said
sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the otficial notice of sale
relating to the Notes.
Section 2. The City Clerk be, and is hereby, directed to cause the Notes to be
printed, signed, sealed and delivered to said bidders on receipt of the purchase price
therefor and upon performance of the conditions contained in the official notice of sale.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption by this City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 14th day of June, 1988.
