A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING VARIANCE NO. 3727 AS ADOPTED BY
CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 88R-38, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WItEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on
January 26, 1988, adopt Resolution No. 88R-38 granting Variance
No. 3727; aud
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
legal description set forth in said Resolution No. 88R-38 was
incorrect; and
WItEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 88R-38 be, and the same is
hereby, amended nunc pro tunc, by amending the legal description
of the property as set forth therein to read as follows:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THiS REPORT IS SITUATED IN THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF ORANGE, CITY OF ANAHEIM,
AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
