A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88R-37,
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
January 26, 1988, adopt Resolution No. 88R-37 relating to
Reclassification Proceedings No. 87-88-25; and
on
WHEREAS,
legal description
incorrect; and
through inadvertence and clerical error, the
set forth in said Resolution No. 88R-37 was
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 88R-37 be, and the same is
hereby, amended nunc pro tunc, by amending the legal description
of the property as set forth therein to read as follows:
