A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REQUESTING THE ORANGE COUNTY
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO REQUEST THE
INCLUSION OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE
ORANGE COUNTY' UNIFIED TRANSPORTATION TRUST
FUND AND THE FEDERAL AID URBAN FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to improve the
streets hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Circulation Element of the General Plan of
the City of Anaheim is consistent with the County of Orange Master
Plan of Arterial Highways; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim will provide fifty percent
(50%) in matching funds for each project funded by the Orange
County Unified Transportation Trust Fund ("OCUTT") and twenty-five
percent (25%) in matching funds for each project funded by the
Federal-Aid Urban Fund ("FAU"); and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Transportation Commission
intends to allocate funds in the amounts specified in the City of
Anaheim's application(s) to the City of Anaheim from OCUTT and/or
FAU funds; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim will match the funds so
allocated as required by the OCUTT or FAU and will use said funds
in the improvement of the following streets in the 1988-89 Fiscal
Year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby request the Orange County
Transportation Commission to include the following streets and
portions thereof within the OCUTT fund and/or the FAU fund:
