A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING THAT THERE WAS NOT A
MAJORITY PROTEST AGAINST STREET LIGHTING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-1, TRACT NOS.
1326 & 1563.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on March 29, 1988, adopt
Resolution No. 88R-128 setting the 19th day of April, 1988, at the
hour of 3:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center in
the City of Anaheim as the day, hour, and place when and where any
and ali persons having any objections to the proposed improvements
to be made by the City under the Street Lighting Act of 1931, in
Street Lighting Assessment District No. 1982-1, might appear and
show cause why the proposed improvements should not be carried
out; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing there was not a majority
protest, either written or oral, made in the proceedings for the
improvements contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that there was
not a majority protest, either written or oral, made at said
hearing on April 19, 1988, in the proceedings for certain
contemplated improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District No.
1982-1.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of April, 1988.
