88-157 RESOLUTION NO, 88R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R -365 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended
in a staff report dated April 12, 1988, that the classification
of Safety Manager be created; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to
amend Resolution No. 87R -365 which established rates of compen-
sation for classifications designated as Professional and Tech-
nical Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that the creation of this classification is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 87R -365 be amended
by adding the following classification thereto:

Safety Manager X SRO6
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of
said amendment to Resolution No. 87R -365 is April 15, 1988.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended herein, Resolution No. 87R -365 shall remain in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim thisl9thday of April,
