A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CiTY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO
APPROVE AND EXECUTE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore entered
numerous agreements with owners or developers of housing units to
implement the City's Affordable Housing Program; and
will
and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that many more such agreements
be considered and approved by the City Council in the future;
WHEREAS, in the administration of said agreements and the
Affordable Housing Program it is frequently necessary and
desirable to execute documents including purchaser's agreements,
deeds of trust, loan documents, reconveyances and rescissions of
liens and covenants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby authorize the Director of
Community Development to approve and execute those documents,
including those documents set forth in the preceding paragraphs,
necessary to implement the Affordable Housing Program; provided,
however, that tile authority granted herein shall be limited to
those projects wherein the City Council has approved an Affordable
Housing Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12thday of Apr±l, 1988.
