A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS iNTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (PORTION OF CLAUDINA STREET)
BE iT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Pubiic Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
5 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
T}IE WESTERLY NINE FEET (9') OE CLAUDINA STREET
BETWEEN LINCOLN AVENUE AND CYPRESS STREET,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE iT FORTHER RESOLVED that ail persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
5:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
January 10, 1989
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
City Coullcil of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of
December, !98S.
