A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAIIEiM AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF
THE ANAItEIM GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMEND-
MENT NO. 220, EXHIBIT B, AND MOST RECENTLY AMENDED
BY CITY COIJNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 86R-502, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on
November 4, 1986, adopt Resolution No. 86R-502 amending tile Land
Use Element of the Anaheim General Plan Designated as Amendment
No. 220, Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, said
Resolution contains an erroneous reference to Exhibit A instead
Exhibit B; and
of
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 86R-S02 be, and it is hereby,
amended nunc pro tunc, by removing Exhibit A and replacing it with
Exhibit B, as originally intended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said
Resolution No. 86R-502 shall remain in full force and effect.
