A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES OR
INTERESTS THEREIN.
WHEREAS, certain deed described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated by reference (hereinafter, the "DEED"), has been presented to the City of Anaheim
(hereinafter, "CITY" or "City of Anaheim"); and
WHEREAS, the grantor, property interest conveyed, and location of the property
described in the DEED is set forth in Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Exhibit "A" has agreed,
pursuant to a purchase and sale agreement with the City of Anaheim, to convey the property
interest set forth in Exhibit "A" to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and
determine that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept the DEED.
1. The DEED and the real property interest contained therein is hereby
accepted by the City Council -
2. Nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or
property into the CITY street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
3. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause the DEED to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 25th day of August , 2020, by the following roll call vote:
AYES:Mayor Sidhu and Council Members Faessel, Barnes, Brandman,
Moreno, Kring, and O'Neil
