A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS ANll/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
The Irrevocable Offer of Dedication consisting of
Broadway and Citron Street for street and public
utility purposes; domestic water system and
appurtenances; a 15' water easement for construction
and maintenance purposes; storm drain system and
appurtenances and storm drain easement. Parcel Map
85-230 is a subdivision of a portion of Vineyard Lot
F-6 as shown on a map of the lands of Anaheim made by
George Hanson and lithographed by Kuchel and Dressel,
a copy of which map is annexed to a certain deed
executed by the Los Angeles Vineyard society to the
Anaheim Water Company and recorded in Book 4, page 624
and following, of deeds of Los Angeles County.
(hereinafter "Facilities")
AND WHEREAS, said street and facilities have beEn
installed and completed to the satisfaction of the City EnUineer;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
i�QW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City o� Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of �naheim.
�3L IT FURTHER RESOLVEll that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
-- THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of October, 1988.
