A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAttEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 38 TO
LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5055 AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID SUPPLEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has previously entered into
an agreement with the Department of Transportation of the State of
California, No. 07-5055, authorizing the use of Federal funds for
Federal-Aid projects; and
WHEREAS, it is uecessary to supplement the agreement to
allow the City of Anaheim to provide funds in the amount of
$461,512.00 towards the cost of controller upgrade and
interconnection construction at various locations in the
south/central area of the City.
WHEREAS, Supplement No. 38 has

City of Anaheim that Supplement No. 38 to the Local Agency-State

BE IT FURTIfER RESOLVED THAT THE Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said supplement for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
