A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1360 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-65
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1360 on February 20, 1973, by Resolution No. 73R-65; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit NO. 1360 be, and the same is hereby
terminated and that Resolution No. 73R-65 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of
