AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88R--266 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATI(IN EOR CLASSIFICATqONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
¢/}IEREAS, the }luman Resonrces Director has recommended in a
staff report dated September 20, 1988, that the classification of
Deputy City Attorn.y III-Prosecution be created effective SepIember
!6, 1988: aod '
WHEREAS, as a resa]t thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 88R-266 ~hJch established rates of compensation for
classifications designaled as Professional and Technical Management;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creatiog the classification of Depaty City Attorney
Prosecution is in tile best interest of the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
CJt~ of Anaheim as fallows:
That, Seel ion 2 of Resolution No. 88R-26,3 be amended by
adding the following classification:

BE IT FURTHER RESO1, VEI) that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 88R 266 is September 16, 1988.
