AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88R -268 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR C1,ASSIFICATIONS OESIGNATEI) AS
CONFIDENTIAL PRDFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
staff report dated September 20. 1988, that the classification of
Deputy City Attorney II1 Civil be created, effective September 16,
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 88R 268 which establ [shed rates of compensation for
c~assificatJons designated as Confidential Professional aud
Technical Managemeut; and
WBEREAS, the City Cout~cil of the City of Anaheim does find
Ih,,l creating the classification of Deputy City Attorney III-Civil
is; in the besl interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
('it~ of Anaheim as fellows:
That, Section 2 of Resolutioa No. 88R--268 be amended by
adding the following classification:

Deputy City Attoraey III-Civil X SRO9
BE IT FURT]IER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 88R-268 is September 16, 1988.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 8aR-268 shall remain in full force and effect.
