AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 88R 264 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMI'ENSATION FOR CLASSIF[(~ATIDNS DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Haman Resoarces Director has recommended in a
staff report dated September 20, 1988, that the classification of
Assistant Labor Relations Director bc created, effective September
16, 1988; and
WHEREAS, as a resalt thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 88R-264 which established rates of compensation for
,.lassifications designated as Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creating the classification of Assistant Labor Relations
Director is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESDLVED by the City Council of the
City of Auaheim as follows:
Tbat, Section 2 of Resnlntion No. 88R-264 be amended by
adding the following classification:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effectiv~ date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 88R-264 is September 16, 1988.
AND, BE 1T FURTBER RESDLVED that except to the extent
amended herein, Resolution No. 88R-264 shall remain in full force
and effect.
