A RESOI, UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAIIEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88R 263 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a
report dated September 20, 1988, that the classification of
Rclations Director be created, effective September 16, 1988;
WHEREAS, as a ['nsult thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 88R-263 which established rates of compensation for
classifications dnsignated as Executive Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
thai creating the classification of Labor Rnlations Director is in
~h~ bast interest of the City of Aaaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BI{ 1T RESOLVED by the City Cooncil of the
City of Anaheil~ as follows:
That, Seciion 2 of Resolution No. 88R-263 be amended by
adding the following classification:
Classification
Labor Relations Director X SRll
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolation No. 88R-263 is September 16, ~988.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RES(ii. VI;I) that except to the extent
amended hereio, Resolution No, 88R a63 shall remain in full force
and effect.
