A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, tile following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of Bauer Road,
Altair Lane, Blackberry Lane, Raspberry Lane, Saffron
Street and Sagewood Avenue for domestic water system
purposes and domestic water system; sanitary sewer
purposes and sanitary sewer system; storm drain
purposes and storm drain systems; street light and
lighting system; an easement for equestrian and
pedestrian purposes all as described on Tract No.
10980, being a subdivision of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map
No. 83-2S0 filed in Book 184, pages 24 and 25 of
Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
(hereinafter "Facilities")
WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of September,
