A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2637 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-14 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2637 on
January 14, 1975, by Resolution No. 75R-14; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2637 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 75R-14 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of September,
