A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2469 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-72 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2469 on
February 27, 1973, by Resolution No. 73R-72; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2469 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 73R-72 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of September, 1988.
