A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 403 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 2929 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 403 on
September 13, 1955, by Resolution No. 2929; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 403 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 2929 be declared null and void.
