RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF A FINANCIAL ADVISOR
WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF
WATER REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim (the "City") from time to
time issues water revenue anticipation notes; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable for the City to obtain
independent financial advice in connection with such issuance; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to authorize the employment of
M.R. Beal & Company to serve as the City's financial advisor in
connection with the City's proposed issuance of $3,700,000
aggregate principal amount of water revenue anticipaticn notes; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O~~ ANAHEIM
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby authorizes ~he
employment of M.R. Beal & Company to act as financial, adviscr in
connection with the City's proposed issuance of $~.700~00
aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue Anticipation l~ote~, on
such terms and conditions as shall be approved by '~na Public
Utilities General manager.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be effective
immediately.
