A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AGREEING TO 'FILE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT TO SELL PROPERTY TO
THE ANAItEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner in fee of
certain properties located within Redevelopment Project Alpha;
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency needs said
properties for redevelopment purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to sell said parcels to the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared which provides
for the sale by the City to the Agency of said properties; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows:
