A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAttEIM ADOPTING CERTAIN FEES IN CONNECTION
WITH THE BUSINESS LICENSE TAX ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o£ Anaheim has
adopted an ordinance providing for the imposition of business
license taxes to raise revenue for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance provides for the payment of
business taxes, and, in addition thereto, certain fees in amounts
to be established by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the fees established herein do not exceed the
cost of providing the services performed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
City of Anaheim that it does
the services indicated:
IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
hereby adopt the following fees for
Initial Period
Application Processing Fee $17.00
Renewal Application Fee
$17.00
Duplicate License Fee $17.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that the City
Treasurer shall collect said fees for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that the
effective date of this resolution is January 1, 1989.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 31st day of August, 1988.
