A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED. (CHINESE
BAPTIST CHURCH)
WHEREAS, in 1985, Resolution No. 85R-83 granted a
conditional easement to the City of Anaheim for certain property;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution 88R-68 dated February 9, 1988,
amended said Resolution by nullifying in part the prior
dedication; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property desires to secure a
clear title to its property of the excessive right of way
previously dedicated to the City by the Chinese Baptist.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Council be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed
to the conditional easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council o£ the City of Anaheim this 30th day of August, 1988.
