A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY TO PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
title to certain real property or interests therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion or portions
of City-owned property to the public for public road purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby dedicate
those parcels or portions thereof described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and included by reference herein, to the public for public
road purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this
resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this I/th day of February,

An easement for street and highway purposes in, on and over
that real property in the County of Orange, State of
California, being that portion of the Second and Third Class
Lands Allotted to Jesus Wilson de Shorb and R.G. de ia Riva by
Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana
rendered February 8, 1974 in the District Court of California
in and for the County of Los Angeles in Case No. 1978, a
certified copy of which was recorded in Book 28, page 158 of
Deeds in the Office of the County Recorder of said Los Angeles
County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the west line of the land shown on a
map filed as "Record of Survey 79-1165" in Book 101, pages 57
through 39 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California, distant thereon N 0°
22' 41" E, 177.55 feet from the southerly terminus of a course
