A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AREA
DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 108 DESIGNATED AS AREA
DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 108, EXHIBIT "G."
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
pursuant to the recommendations of the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim, adopted Area Development Plan No. 108, Exhibit
"D," modified on August 3, 1971; and
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of September, 1986, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public
hearing to consider said an amendment to the Plan. The amendment
does consider deleting from the Area Development Plan La Mesa
Avenue, west of White Star Avenue and east of Blue Gum Street as
reflected in Exhibit "F"; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the City Planning
Commission did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC86-242 containing a
report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at
said hearing, and recommending that said amendment be denied by
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 9th day of
December, 1986, as the time, and the City Council Chamber in the
Civic Center as the place for a public hearing on said proposed
amendment and did give notice thereof in the manner and as
provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council after a continuance to March
10, 1987, did duly hold and conduct such public hearing and did
give ail persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard,
and did receive evidence and reports and did consider the
recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the amendment deleting La Mesa Avenue in the aforedescribed area
in accordance with Exhibit "G" on file with the City should be
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 108, Exhibit
"G," on file with the City be, and the same is hereby, approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City o£ Anaheim this 10th day of March, 1987.
