A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT AND MAKING FINDINGS IN
REFERENCE THERETO. (KOCYLA)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did adopt Ordinances Nos.
4711 and 4726, which ordinances prohibit certain uses of
property; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4726,
the City Council of the City of Anaheim may exempt parcels from
the limitations of said ordinances upon making certain findings
in conjunction with a development agreement; and
WHEREAS, a development agreement for property located at
the southwest corner of Vermont Avenue and Harbor Boulevard has
been presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
