A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT OF ONE AND
DELETION OF TWO CERTAIN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. 66-67-61 AND AMENDING
RESOLUTION NOS. 67R-310 AND NO. 75R-655.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 67R-310 on May 31, 1967,
approving Reclassification No. 66-67-61, subject to certain
conditions specified therein; and
WHEREAS, amendment of Condition No. 1 was approved by
City Council on December 23, 1975 as reflected in Resolution No.
75R-655; and

WHEREAS, it is now

those certain conditions of approval;
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on March 31, 1987, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the amendment of one and deletion of two of said conditions
of approval in the manner hereinafter set forth is reasonably
necessary to protect the public peace, health, safety or general
welfare, or necessary to permit reasonable operation under said
Reclassification No. 66-67-61.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the conditions of approval heretofore imposed
in Reclassification No. 66-67-61 be, and the same are hereby,
amended by the amendment of Condition No. 1 as set forth in
Resolution No. 75R-655 to read as follows:
"1. That prior to issuance of any building
permit, dedication shall be made to the City of
Anaheim for all street rights-of-way in the area
hereinbefore described in accordance with the
Circulation Element of the Anaheim General Plan,"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Condition Nos. 5 and 8 of
Resolution No. 67R-310 be, and they are hereby, deleted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution Nos. 67R-310 and 75R-655 shall remain in full
force and effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 31st day of March, 1987.
