A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86R-334 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF CO~ENSATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE INTERNATIONA~ BROTHERHOOD
OF ELECTRICAL WOtLKERS, LOCAL NO. 47.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated April 7, 1987 that the classifications of Utilities Conservation
Specialist and Apprentice Substation Test Technician be created; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 86R-334 which established rates of compensation for classes represented by
the international Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local No. 47; and
WHER~2~S, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that it
is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to amend said Resolution in
the manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That effective April 17, 1987 through May 14, 1987, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the salary
schedule master:

2. That effective May 15, 1987 through June 9, 1988 the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the salary
schedule master:

3. khat effective June 10, 1988 through July 6, 1989 the basic
compensation plan for all otficers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classificationslisted below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the salary schedule master:

BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED that, except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 86R-334 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of April ,1987.
