A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ~LNAHEIM ~iENDING R~SOLUTION NO. 87R - 080
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMzPENSATiON FOR
UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
WITH FULL-TIME EQUIVALENTS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated April 14, 1987 that a new job classification of Part-time Legal
Clerk be created; and
WHERF~kS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 87R - 080 which
established rates of compensation for unrepresented part-time job
classifications with full-time equivalents; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution No. 87R - 080 is hereby amended by adding the
classification of Part-time Legal Clerk to read as follows:

STEP RANGE
Part-time Legal Clerk
10.80 J - E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this classification
is April 17, 1987.
~nND, BE Il FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extend amended,
Re~olution No. 87R-080 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 2ist day of April , 1987.
