A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING GRANT OF AN EASEMENT
FOR WATERLINE PURPOSES TO THE CITY OF ORANGE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the Olive
Hills Reservoir Site which is adjacent to the City of Orange; and
WHEREAS, the City of Orange has requested an easement
across the site for a waterline; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to grant said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Council be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said deed on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be directed
to forward said deed to the City of Orange for acceptance by the
City Council of the City of Orange.
