A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIh WHICH ESTABLISHES RATES OF CO~ENSATION
FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL CITY EMPLOYEES
UNiT REPRESENTED BY THE ~N~H~EiM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the need exists to create the classification of Maintenance
Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, the tiuman Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated May 5, 1987, that a new job classification be created; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has determined that the new
classification be assigned to the General City Employees Unit represented by
the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City
Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE i~ kESOLVEb by the City Council oi the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. Trot, e~iective May 15, 1987 through October 15, 1967~ the basic
compensation plan for all o~iicers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the iollowing salary schedule in the salary
schedule master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum o~
Understanding, dated December 16, 1985, between the City of Anaheim and the
General City Employees Unit of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association
apply to the foregoing classilication.
