RESOLUTION NO. 98R_127
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R-19, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has rccommended in a staff report dated June 9, 1998,
that Rcsolution No. 92R-19 be amended in the manner hercinafter set forth effective June 26, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforcmentioned
amendmcnt is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amcnd Resolution No. 92R-19 which established
ratcs of compensation for classifications designated as Executive Managcment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows
I. That, Scction 2 of Resolution No. 92R-19 be amendcd by adding the following classification:

2. That, Scction 2 of Rcsolution No. 92R-19 be amended by deleting the following classifications:

Data Processing Director
Labor Relations Director

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is June 26, 1998.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 92R-19
shall remain in full force and effect.
