A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
Those interests consisting of public streets, easements
and utility facilities as described in the Owner's
Certificate for Tract No. 10997 as said Owner's
Certificate is recorded at Book 532, Page 17, of
Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County.
Those interests consisting of public streets, easements
and utility facilities as described in the Owner's
Certificate for Tract No. 10998 as said Owner's
Certificate is recorded at Book 532, Page 20, of
Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County.
Those interests consisting of public streets, easements
and utility facilities as described in the Owner's
Certificate for Tract No. 10996 as said Owner's
Certificate is recorded at Book 552, Page 11, of
Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County.
(hereinafter "Facilities")
WHEREAS, said Facilities have been installed and
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE,
the City of Anaheim does

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim does
hereby accept the public streets hereinabove described into the
city street system as provided by Section 1806 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange,
