RESOLUTION NO. 98R- 128
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 92R-22 AND 92R-21 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, thc Human Rcsourccs Dircctor has recommended in a staff report datcd
June 9, 1998 that Resolutions No. 92R-22 and 92R-21 be amended in thc manncr hercinaftcr set forth,
effcctive June 26, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim docs find that amending Rcsolutions No.
92R-22 and 92R-21 is in the bcst intcrests of the City of Anahcim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the nced cxists to amend Resolutions No. 92R-22 and 92R-2l
which established rates of compensation for classifications designatcd as Administrative Management and
Middle Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows
I. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 (Administrative) be amended by adding the following
classifications.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, cxccpt as amended hcrcin, Rcsolutions No. 92R-22
and 92R-21 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approvcd and adoptcd by thc City Council of the City of
Anahcim this16th day of June , 1998.
