A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING
SUBMISSION OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO
THE MOBILE SOURCE AIR POLLUTION
REDUCTION REVIEW COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee
(MSRC) has made grants available to the cities and counties located in the South Coast Air Basin
to fund the incremental cost of the alternative fuel vehicles: and
WHEREAS, the (MSRC) has made grants available to the cities and counties
located in the South Coast Air Basin to fund construction of alternative fuel infrastructure
stations; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to submit a grant application to the
MSRC for the purchase of alternative fuel vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim commits to complete its responsibilities under
such grant within the schedule reflected in the grant application and as may be negotiated upon
contract award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council oftheCity of
Anaheim that the City of Anaheim hereby agrees to submit a ~ant application to the MSRC as
set forth above and to comply with the provisions of the grant, and hereby authorizes the City
Manager to execute any document required for the same.
