AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1778--
jeries 1965-66 in Reclassification No. 65-66-41 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of t e na eim Municipa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon. in, the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of None or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 26th day of
October 19 65 , as the time, and the Councb. C amber in
the CityHall of t e City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and dial receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 65R-778 ,
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Ana eim Municipa
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the
boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in
said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 651-778
, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

County, lyinc; between the westerly line of Addington Drive,
6i' feet wide, and the southerly prolongation of the westerly
line of Lot `?, Tract No. 5000, as shown on a Map of said tract,
recorded in Book 191, panes 26 et seq., of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
now is R-1, ONL-FAMILY 1ESIDhNTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to the following zones:
That Parcel "A'' above described be changed to and incorpo-
rated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE; and
That Parcel "B" above described be changed to and incorpo-
rated in R -A, AGi4ICULTURAL ZONA".
;SECTION 2.
The City �_oning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City 2,"oning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

of Anaheim held onthe 30th day of November, 1965, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 7th day of December, 1965, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
