AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City .Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1719
Series 1965-66 in Reclassification No. 65-66-19 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the na e m Munk pa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 7th day of
September 19 65 , as the time, and the Counci��amber in
the City Ha of t e City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s)� 6 R-687 31
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the
boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in
said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)_
certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

that all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
Lots 31 and 32 of Tract -No. 403, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 16, page 11, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 36 feet, as conveyed to the
State of California.
now is, R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following
condition:
That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view from abutting streets, prior to final
'wilding inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City En-
'_i.neer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby ap-
proved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper o: general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage is shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 16th day of November, 1965, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 23rd day of November, 1965, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Schutte, Chandler and Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Krein
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor`Pro Tem of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2216 on the 23rd
day of November, 1965.
