AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MtPq'ICIPAL, CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUTNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1713--

NOW, ','REREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1,
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows

That the use of the existing structure shall be in accordance
with the Uniform Bu-.ldin8; Code as adopted by the City of
.Anaheim.

The City Zoning tiap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
mace a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
C:ty Zonin Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Lngineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the C:.ty :toning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
'LCTION 3.
The City Clergy; shall cert_fy to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of ceneral circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said and thirty (30) days from and after
?_ts final oassace it shall tare effect and be in full force.

same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 23rd day of November, 1965, by the

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Krein
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2217 on the 23rd
day of November, 1965.
