AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1626
;aeries 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-119 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Maherm un c pa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed , in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the Sth da of

ppublic hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or
zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided
in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s), finding
and determining that Title 18 of the helm M nic .pia rode
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s) ; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)

as Conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zonae or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

incorporated in h,-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the follow-
ing condition:
That subject property s%iall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaiieini, marked exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map sizall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
Lhe zone in whicil it is now situated, and incorporated in and
mace a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning; Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City En-
gineer is Hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning, Map showing the changes hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper ofoeneral circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and Lhirty (30) days from and after
:its :final passa4e it shall_ take effect and be in full force.

of Anaheim held on the 16th day of November, 1965, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 23rd day of November, 1965, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Krein
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City

day of November, 1965.
