AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 2000 IN RECLASSIFICATION PRO-
CEEDINGS NO. 61-62-23.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did on May 19, 1964 adopt
Ordinance No. 2000 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 61-62-23
changing the property therein described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject
to the conditions set forth in said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Condition No. 1
of said ordinance should be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Condition No. 1 of Ordinance No. 2000 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 61-62-23, be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
"That the development plans for subject property
received in the Office of the City Clerk on August 25,
1965 and presented to the City Council on October 5,
1965, be, and the same are hereby approved, and that
the setback as contained in said plans be, and the
same is hereby approved, retaining the 4 -foot planting
area against the north wall, the plantings in said
area to consist of trees grown to a height of 12 to
15 feet, which shall be subject to approval of the
Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance."
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

of. Anaheim held on the 5th day of October, 1965, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 19th day of October, 1965, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENTz COUNCILMEN.- None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2198 on the 19th
day of October, 1965.
