AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING 'TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MU'LlICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning C3rrmission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly
y pass and adopt Resolution No. 1647--
Series 1964-65 1 in. Reclassification No,. 64-65-130 — —2
recommendiTi-g--a-e—nial of a. change in the boun ares of -the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described„ after having held a
public hearing thErEkin in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of
zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from
persons interested f1herein, ., and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings,
and a summar - v cf itz hearing, and did recommend denial of a change
of zone or zone-, as -!et forth in said resolution; and

give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18

at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Ccunil did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did Irect-li,-,e e--��idence and reperfs, and did thereupon
,consider the reco7ngendati,,)n of the City Planning Commission and
did adcpt Resol ut L�,n ',s 'I, N� - ti(s) 65k-472 , finding and
determining that 7.-itke 18 of t.'E-e7—A-n-a-Fe—im —Municipal Code should
be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones sh(,-uld be trade as -,et forth in said resolution(s);
and
in arcordance with said resclution(s), certain
conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS,, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW,) THEREFORE, THE C17Y COLMCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS,
SECTION 1,
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Tit -1p 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows,

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lots 16 and 17 of Tract No. 1607 as shown on a map recorded
in Book 81, Page 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California.
now is R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, KJLTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following condition:
That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excludedfrom
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the Cityq Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

No. 2185 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 31st day of
August, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 7th
day of September, 1965) by the following vote of the members
thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMENt Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2185 on the
7th day of September, 1965.
